♥ If you are not choosing COD, please make payment within 5 days after confirmation, otherwise we will assume the order is cancel.
♥ After payment, you may inform us via sms/msn/email, please remember to attach your account number or account name, payment time, paid amount as well order number.
♥ Please keep your payment receipt as a lot of crooks pretending they have made payment.
♥ After payment, please notify us as soon as possible. There are no cancellations once payment made, please think well before making payment!
Shipping Policy
♥ We will deliver daily except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
♥ If you is choosing Ready Stock, the goods will be sent within 1-3 days upon payment received
♥ If you is choosing Pre-order, the goods will be issued within 3-5 days after the closing date
♥ We may delay the shipment due to technical problems without further notice. For urgent order please specify in the order form.
♥ Using Poslaju/Pos Express, normally you will receive the parcel within 1-3 days*. *Depending on region
♥ If any damage or lost caused by Pos Express, we will not responsible.
Exchange/return/refund Policy
♥ Requests to exchange/return/refund must be made within 3 days after the item is received.
♥ Buyer has to pay for the return postage of the item, unless it is our neglect*
♥ We will charge 5% of the item's cost as processing and handling fee, unless it is our neglect*
♥ Buyer has to pay for the re-issued postage, unless it is our neglect*
♥ If you can't find a good replacement, we can keep the credit for you (after deduction of 5%)
